• Service Areas: Our Services are available within the Greater Highland Lakes and Northwest Austin communities. Specific service areas include Liberty Hill, Leander, Cedar Park, North Lake Travis, Jonestown, Lago Vista, Point Venture, Marble Falls, Northwest Austin, West Georgetown, Florence, Andice, Briggs, Bertram, and Burnet.

• Scheduling: Delivery and installation times are estimates and may vary due to weather, demand, or other factors.

• Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible conditions for delivery and installation, including maintaining clear driveways and compliance with safety regulations.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel Services if conditions are deemed unsafe.

5. Safety and Compliance

Safety is our priority. Matador 4-T LLC adheres to all federal, state, and local safety regulations.

• Customer Equipment: Customers are responsible for the maintenance of their propane equipment unless under a maintenance agreement with us.
